Windows

In the Windows enviroment, the CD should run automatically. In the event that it doesn't:
1. Double-Click the "My Computer" icon.
2. Double-Click the CDROM icon.
3. Double-Click on the index or index.html file. This should open the main page with the links to the manual and other items.

Macintosh

1. Open the CDROM icon.
2. Open the index.html.

Linux

1. Mount the CDROM. Please refer to your ditros instructions for doing this. (Usually all you need to do is: mount -t iso9660 /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom )
2. Open the index.html file.
